1. Do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations can be made only for 10 or more people and guests can visit freely. For more than 10 customers, reservations can be made through the Footer Reservation form and 20% discount. Please reserve seats by filling in the name, contact information, date and time of visit and number of visitors (men/female and age).
2. What are your business hours?
We're open every day except Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
However, at the opening of Gyeongbokgung Palace at night, we will extend the business hours until 10 p.m.
3. Where is your store located?
2F, Jahamun-ro 2-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea
It's on the second floor on the right at Exit 3 of Kyungbokgung Station.
4. What's the rental time and how much is the rental fee?
Time is 2 hours 4 hours 1 day (store is open ~ closed) ~
Traditional Hanbok
2 hours to 10,000 won.
4 hours to 15,000 won

5. What is the difference between traditional hanbok and special hanbok?
Traditional hanbok is a traditional color and monotone hanbok.
The special hanbok is a modern costume and the fusion hanbok has become more colorful.
6. What kind and price is a male hanbok?
Men's hanbok is pants and shirts that cost "traditional hanbok" (2 hours to 10,000 won, 4 hours to 15,000 won) and adds a sweater on the outside. The vest has a traditional vest + 5,000 won, special vest + 10,000 won. The difference is material and cloth.
7. How many sizes?
Female adult sizes range from 44 ~ 99 (S ~ XXXL).
Male adult sizes range from 90 to 110 (S~XXL), so feel free.
8. Do you have any hanbok that my children wear?
Yes, we have a children's hanbok at a special rental price.
9. I can't wear hanbok. Can you help me?
We'll help you wear hanbok through wearing clothes and matching your body. Feel free to visit us. You can also arrange your hair for free.
10. Are inner skirts and accessories free?
All accessories except shoes and hats are available for free.
11. Do you have hair styling and makeup?
We do not offer professional hair and makeup as a hanbok rental shop. However, we offer free hair styling, makeup, and various decorations for hanbok.
12. Is the locker available?
After wearing hanbok, we will provide you with a free locker to keep your personal clothes.
13. What do I do if I can't keep it back?
If you exceed the return time, you will be charged a fee of 5,000 won per hour. It's okay to be late, but you have to return it at 7 p.m. It's our closing time.

15. Is the entrance fee to Gyeongbok Palace free if I wear hanbok?
If you wear hanbok, you can enter Gyeongbok Palace free of charge.
16. What time does Kyungbok Palace close?
Gyeongbok Palace is closed every Tuesday and has a different monthly deadline. It usually opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The exact hours and rates can be found at the address below.
